Review and analysis of the structure of each treaty i.e. Proportional (Quota Share/Surplus or a combination of the two) or Non Proportional (Working Excess of Loss, Catastrophe Excess of Loss, Stop Loss) against underwritten portfolios

Review of retention levels of each underwriting portfolio and their adequacy based on analysis conducted on the primary portfolio

Analysis and highlighting of Treaty conditions/limitations/restrictions and impact on business performance

Analysis of the terms and conditions of each treaty to identify any deviations and / or amendments required to ensure alignment with individual portfolios and vice versa

Analysis of the utilization of the treaty capacities for each portfolio in comparison with the respective portfolios written

Review of the Regulatory framework, including compulsory cessions, in each territory and its impact on retentions and reinsurance treaties and facultative business.
